All "Free Shipping" orders will be shipped through the least expensive option available. This could be either UPS, Fedex, USPS, or any other shipping service that provides adequate delivery times and tracking capabilities. Tracking numbers will always be provided for all shipments, and we will always stand behind our product until it reaches your doorstep.
Most orders will ship same, or next business day. Because there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control, there is no guarantee that your order will ship within any specific timeframe. Expedited shipping charges may be partially or fully refunded at the sole descretion of GadKo, LLC or an authorized agent in the event that a reasonable shipping date can't be acheived.
All GadKo branded products come with a limited lifetime warranty against defect. If at any time one of your GadKo branded items become defective due to material failure, and that item was bought either from this website, you are entitled to a replacement of the part in question. If no suitable replacement is in stock, a refund may be issued. The enforcement of this warranty is subject to the approval of an authorized agent of GadKo LLC. We, GadKo LLC, have the right to refuse any warranty claim for any reason that we decide is justified.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. A restocking fee of 15%-50% of the cost of the product might be taken if the item is opened or not resellable, depending on the extent of the damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless due to defect.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
